How We Started. Customer Service Summit
was created by leaders who wanted to take the next step
beyond conferences and events which present ideas but
little comraderie or accountability. By creating invitation-only
groups where only the best would be invited, it is possible
to share best practices and ideas with others in similar
conditions, then hold each other accountable in excellence.
Our Foundation. Customer Service Summit was founded
with this as its driving principle. It has led to accelerated
ideas, accelerated implementation, and better results
for every member. Customer Service Summit is a division
of BizSummits,
a professional association, which is dedicated to providing
the expert moderators and organization to ensure successful
monthly meetings by members.
Qualification. Exceptional customer service executives
who have been nominated for membership. Vendors are not
allowed to join or participate to ensure openess. Disclosing
other members' issues, challenges, or confidential info
to third parties shall be cause for immediate suspension
of membership.
